J. Jason Daunter

J. Jason Daunter

No one is better at handling the daunting task of Production Stage Manager than J. Jason Daunter. It’s almost as if he was named for it. Okay, my use of sub-par word-play was irresistible, but it shouldn’t give you the impression that Mr. Daunter is anything less than extraordinary. With a resume that includes Broadway, Off-Broadway, and Regional Theatre, not to mention Carnegie Hall, I think it’s safe to say that this PSM is one of the best in the business. Credits include A Doll’s House, Part 2, Shuffle Along…, Wicked, and currently, the hilarious Schumer-Key-Benanti-Shamos headed Meteor Shower. A true man of the theatre, we are sitting down, tea in hand, light cues at the ready, with J. Jason Daunter On the Couch.
