The Broadway Boys
With the coming of spring, Broadway’s pulse quickens and so does mine. Thankfully, I have a good pair of sneakers and decent set of lungs. Otherwise, I don’t think I’d survive. My first stop this week was the TEDxBroadway talks at New World Stages. Some of the industries greatest minds were in attendance including The Lion’s Benjamin Scheuer, Disgraced playwright Ayad Akhtar, and this dynamic songwriting duo, Benj Pasek and Justin Paul. After hearing these guys speak, it’s pretty clear they’ll be up there with the greats.
