NEW YORK (April 16, 2025) — Producers Rose Caiola and Cyrena Esposito announced the final weeks to see Joy Behar’s hilarious comedy My First Ex-Husband, now playing Off-Broadway at the new MMAC Theater (248 West 60th Street, between Amsterdam and West End Avenues).
The current cast, performing through April 20, features Veanne Cox, Jackie Hoffman, Carolyn McCormick, and Andrea Navedo. Beginning April 23, the final New York cast includes Marilu Henner (Taxi, Chicago), Marsha Mason (The Goodbye Girl, Frasier, Grace & Frankie), Julia Sweeney (Saturday Night Live), and Benja K. Thomas (Fat Ham).
Joy Behar will also appear in special Wednesday matinees on April 30 (Joined by Whoopi Goldberg), May 7, and May 14.

The MMAC Theater is New York’s newest Off-Broadway venue. It is the next step in the evolution of the Manhattan Movement and Arts Center’s celebrated studio space on the West Side, long used for dance performances, workshops, and industry presentations. Many of these projects have gone on to commercial productions, including Billy Elliot, Pretty Woman, Cinderella, Rock & Roll Man, and more.
Now, MMAC is available as a premier Off-Broadway house, featuring 191 seats and easy access via subway from Columbus Circle, along with nearby parking garages and street parking after 6 PM.
