Frontline and essential workers, along with their theater friends, will sing and dance their way through notable tunes and a few surprises celebrating everything from Christmas to Kwanzaa. This unforgettable event will be available to stream on Wednesday, December 16 at 7:00 PM ET on Playbill.com.

This special event will be free to watch with donations encouraged at actorsfund.org/BraveHearts. Watch the trailer here. Watch a sneak preview of The FrontLine Choir and Friends here.

In addition to The FrontLine Choir and Friends, the event will feature appearances from Broadway and Hollywood talent including Judy Norton, Judy Kuhn, Daryl Roth, Laurie Metcalf, Ann Harada, Deborah Tranelli, Isabella Cascarano, Allyson Tucker-Mitchell, Devin Ilaw, N’Kenge, Shoshana Bean and more.

Michael E. Merritt, a registered nurse, playwright and producer, united people from around the world to support and uplift theater professionals across the globe by organizing “The Frontline Choir and Friends.” Tyler Wornick, an essential worker and member of the choir said he joined “To give back to those who have given me joy for so many years via the performing arts.” In a time when the lights are out on Broadway and beyond, Brave Hearts for Broadway has been a beacon of hope.  Essential health care worker and choir member Abigail Haggard said, “Even though we are largely apart for the holidays this year, we can be united in song.”
