New York, NY Broadway Podcast Network (BPN) Co-Founders Dori Berinstein and Alan Seales announced today in celebration of the new site launch, that BPN will host the first Broadway Pod Fest on Sunday, April 21, live from the Museum of Broadway. The afternoon will feature a series of live recordings with Broadway stars – completely free and open to the public. All sessions will be recorded live and released as podcast episodes at a later date. The following BPN podcasts will host the below panels:

Survival Jobs Podcast: To hell and back! Jon Jon Briones and Isa Briones are heading way down to Hadestown, 8 times a week on Broadway. Survival Jobs hosts Samantha Tuozzolo and Jason A. Coombs sit down with the father-daughter duo to talk about sharing the stage.

The Good Show! Podcast: Our hearts will go on with Marla Mindelle and Constantine Rousouli, co-writers and original cast co-stars of the off-Broadway hit Titanique, as they chat about creating a stage parody of the James Cameron film to Céline Dion hits, starring in the show, and the impact it has had on the queer community. Mindelle and Rousouli will be joined by showbiz siblings, queer theater kids, and hosts of the Good Show! podcast, Sarah Goodman and Kristen Goodman.

The Roundtable Podcast: As Broadway wraps up the 2023-2024 season, it’s time for a recap! Join your favorite theater commentators to look back at the shows that stayed with us, the moments we can’t forget, and predictions for what and who will take home the big Awards in June. This conversation features The Roundtable podcast host Robert Bannon, Robbie Rozelle (renowned cabaret artist), Samantha Tuozzolo and Jason A. Coombs (hosts of Survival Jobs podcast) and best-selling author and BPN podcaster Eila Mell (Behind the Awards and The After Party podcasts; The Tony Awards: A Celebration of Excellence).

The Half Hour with Jeff and Richie Podcast: Writing a musical is an intricate art. How do you seamlessly weave dialogue with music and lyrics to bring a story to life? Half Hour podcast hosts Richie Grasso and Jeff Malone discuss how to write for the stage with Award-winning dramatists Anna K. Jacobs (Music for Teeth) and married writing duo Kait Kerrigan (Book) and Nathan Tysen (Lyrics) for The Great Gatsby.

Backstage Talk Podcast: Honoring the life and legacy of Chita Rivera, Backstage Talk host Martín Acuña and Playwright Eric Ulloa look back at the Award-winning performer’s impact on Broadway and beyond. This discussion will be recorded live in the West Side Story exhibit at the Museum of Broadway. A ticket to the Museum of Broadway is required to access this event.

Another initiative just launched on the new platform is “The Broadway Exclusive”, providing a front-row seat with special, one-off insider deep dives behind-the-curtain with Broadway leaders and legends. First to launch, an insider conversation with producer Annaleigh Ashford and the company of The White Chip and a conversation with Stephen Schwartz, hosted by Mark Larson live from the Museum of Broadway.

Additionally, Broadway shows can now launch their own podcast. These new series will follow a show from rehearsals to opening night, giving listeners unparalleled, behind-the-scenes access to show. Participating shows and podcast hosts will be announced at a later date.
