What do you consider to be your best asset?

My strong event management team, amazing kitchen and the best operations team in the business.

What was your proudest moment?

Can I be a Mom for a minute? The days my children were born.

What is your favorite drink?

I love to sip Casa Dragones Tequila

What is your favorite food?

I tend to eat out a lot and I always choose whatever sounds the weirdest on the menu. I like to know what the Chef was thinking.

What is your favorite condiment?

I'm a lady who is really committed to mustard.

What is your current obsession?

Pickled anything.

If you could give up one of your vices, what would it be?

Small Batch Beer.

What is the one professional accomplishment you long for most?

It's happening, I am opening a 10,000 square foot design studio next year.

What is the one thing you waste too much money on?

UBER.

What is the one activity you waste too much time doing?

Shopping online – but it's mostly looking for ways to turn ordinary objects into extraordinary serving pieces.

What do you consider to be the single greatest threat to your health?

UBER.

What is the single best trait you inherited or learned from your parents?

Fairness and staying calm in a crisis.

What is the single worst trait you inherited or learned from your parents?

Disdain for shopping in stores.

What in the world most thrills you?

My private Ballroom Dancing lessons.

What current trend in popular culture most irritates you?

Texting while walking. You can't do both well at the same time.

What was the single most embarrassing moment you've ever experienced on the job?

Blowing out all the fuses in the Chrysler Building.

What is your favorite place in the world?

Greece – all of it.

What is the most important trait you seek in a romantic partner?

Single, Straight, English as a second language.

Do you prefer the company of dogs or cats?

I prefer the company of a single, straight, ESL man.
