It’s all happening in our final episode of the season as we are joined by Almost Famous’ Casey Likes. Casey originated the role of William Miller at The Old Globe and will continue to astound Broadway audiences until January 8. As well as leading this incredible cast, Likes is an award-winning writer, director and producer and will be gracing your screens in 2023 in feature films Dark Harvest and Spinning Gold.
What do you consider to be your best asset?
I’d say I’m good with creativity. And collaborating with others to get something created.
What was your proudest moment?
Opening Almost Famous on broadway was the culmination of a lot.

What was the most embarrassing moment you’ve ever experienced on the job?
When I was 17, I was so excited to be performing for my heroes that I completely made up a line of lyrics to a song.

Empathy
Do you prefer the company of dogs or cats?
I have both so it would be rude to choose. Dogs are nicer more often though.
What would have to happen to make today the best day of your life?
Surrounded by my friends and family, celebrating a career accomplishment, eating fried chicken sandwiches and potstickers, lots of Coca Cola, etc.
What is your personal motto?
It’s never the most talented people who make it, it’s the ones that give up last.
