Eva Price

Eva Price definitely brings passion to her work. This two-time Tony Award-winning producer whose credits include over 15
Broadway plays, musicals, and concerts is a member of The Broadway League’s Board of Governors and was named one of Crain’s
NY 40 Under Forty Rising Business Stars. Most recently, she joined the producing team at Level Forward, a new entertainment
enterprise started by Killer Content and Abigail Disney to create story-driven/impact-minded properties across live, digital and
filmed platforms; focusing on work, by and for, marginalized communities. And this season, the uber-busy producer is leading the
road to Broadway for Time Magazine’s #1 Theatrical Event of the Year — The Bard SummerScape production of Rodgers and
Hammerstein’s Oklahoma! directed by Daniel Fish, which begins performances at Circle in the Square Theatre on March
19th following its rave, sold-out run at St. Ann’s Warehouse. Between meetings, Eva sat down with us, on the couch….

My mouth. When needed, I can usually talk my way into almost anything and I find it so much more productive
than my pen (or keyboard) …

What was your proudest moment?
I was very, very proud to be part of the producing team of Dear Evan Hansen the night it won the Tony award for
Best Musical. It was a show that I was a co-producer on, and was certainly not there from its inception, but it was
a show that I loved so much and never once worried about whether it was commercial, or would win awards, or
would make anyone any money. It was a show that socked me in the gut the first time I saw it, so wholly, and I
was proud that I followed that gut instinct to join its team of Producers.
