FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, PLEASE

EVE PLUMB
RETURNS TO “LOVE, LOSS, AND WHAT I WORE”
JANUARY 4 – 12

New York, NY (12/22/2011) – Producer Daryl Roth announced today that Eve Plumb, original star of “The Brady Bunch” and Love, Loss, and What I Wore alumna, will join the show again for two weeks only, filling in for upcoming cast member Fern Mallis from Wednesday, January 4 through Thursday, January 12.  Mallis will be out of the show during those dates, fulfilling a previous commitment.

Plumb joins previously announced cast members Katie Lee (“CBS Early Show”), Veanne Cox (La Cage aux Folles), Nancy Dussault (“Too Close for Comfort”) and Lillias White (Fela), beginning January 4 through January 29, 2012.  Mallis will join the cast on January 13, 2012.

Written by Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron, Love, Loss, and What I Wore, opened in October 2009 at the Westside Theatre (407 W 43rd Street), where it’s broken all box office records and is now in its third smash year.  Based on the best-selling book by Ilene Beckerman as well as on the recollections of the Ephrons’ friends, and directed by Karen Carpenter, this collection of stories dares to ask “Can’t we all just stop pretending anything is ever going to be the new black?”  Love, Loss, and What I Wore opens the closet on this and other sartorial queries by using clothes as a metaphor for matters far deeper than the average walk-in closet.

The production, which was honored with a 2010 Drama Desk Award and a Broadway.com Audience Award, is performed by a rotating cast of five all-star actors, who perform in five-week cycles.   Members of the rotating cast have included La La Anthony, Samantha Bee, Alexis Bledel, Kristin Chenoweth, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Tyne Daly, Fran Drescher, Janeane Garofalo, Melissa Joan Hart, Carol Kane, Minka Kelly, Stacy London, Jane Lynch, Natasha Lyonne, AnnaLynne McCord, Anne Meara, Rosie O’Donnell, Rhea Perlman, Eve Plumb, Caroline Rhea, Doris Roberts, Tracee Ellis Ross, Sherri Shepherd, Brooke Shields, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Cobie Smulders, Rita Wilson and many more.

The performance schedule for Love, Loss, and What I Wore is currently as follows: Tuesday at 7 p.m., Wednesday and Saturday at 2 p.m. & 8 p.m., Thursday and Friday at 8 p.m., Sunday at 3 p.m. (no performances on 12/24, 12/25, 12/31, 1/1; additional performances on 12/19 and 12/26 at 7 p.m.) Starting in January 2012, the Tuesday at 7 p.m. performance will be replaced by a Sunday at 7 p.m. performance.  Tickets ($79.00) are available via Telecharge.com (212-239-6200) and in-person at the Westside Theatre Box Office (407 West 43rd Street).  Same-day general rush tickets ($25.00, cash only) are available at the Westside Theatre box office, beginning at noon.  (Limited to two rush tickets per person.  Seats are based on availability; some are limited view.)
