As the Producing Artistic Director of the York Theatre Company, James is essential to making the York a place “where musicals come to life.” In addition to his numerous credits producing and developing new works, he is also an established scenic designer, designing over 300 productions in theatres around the country. His recent design credits include It’s A Wonderful Life, Love, Linda: The Life of Mrs. Cole Porter, and the Off Broadway hit Closer Than Ever. James has spent 39 years in the theater industry and isn’t stopping anytime soon. We are thrilled to have him On the Couch!
