New York, NY – 92nd Street Y has announced that Jordan Roth, President of Jujamcyn Theaters, continues his multi-evening 92nd Street Y conversation series, “Broadway Talks,” with Tony Award-winning and Emmy Award-winning actor David Hyde Pierce. Roth and Pierce will discuss his current role in La Bête, among other topics, at 92nd Street Y (1395 Lexington Avenue at 92nd Street). A presentation of 92nd Street Y, Jordan Roth’s “Broadway Talks” series features illuminating one-on-one discussions between Mr. Roth and current Broadway stars. Previous conversations have featured Liev Schreiber (Tony Award nominee, A View from the Bridge), Laura Linney (Tony Award nominee, Time Stands Still), Sean Hayes (Tony Award nominee, Promises, Promises), Nathan Lane (The Addams Family) and Billie Joe Armstrong and Michael Mayer (American Idiot).

David Hyde Pierce is best known for the role of Dr. Niles Crane on the television series “Frasier”, for which he won four Emmy Awards. He made his professional and Broadway debut in 1982 as the waiter in Christopher Durang’s Beyond Therapy and then went on to create roles in several off-Broadway productions before returning to Broadway in The Heidi Chronicles. In the past several years, Pierce appeared on Broadway in Spamalot and Curtains, for which he won the 2007 Tony Award for lead actor in a musical, and most recently in Accent on Youth. This season he stars in the Olivier Award-winning comedy La Bête.
