New York, NY (August 1, 2022) – Lucky Seat announced today the launch of their new white label digital lottery software. The new SaaS version of the highly successful digital lottery platform puts venues in control. Lucky Seat can now operate as an extension of the venue’s ticketing system, allowing venue staff to directly build and deploy digital lotteries. All customer data is automatically added to the venue’s customer database.  Mirvish Productions is the first to introduce the white label digital lottery platform for presentations including Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, & Juliet and more.

This new state of the art service from Lucky Seat allows for more flexibility and enables the box office and show/promoter to manage the inventory allotment made available for sale via Lucky Seat’s software. This two-way connection with the primary ticketing system informs the Lucky Seat software of how many seats are available and for which performances.  Once those seats are sold by Lucky Seat, those sales and orders are recorded in the primary ticketing system’s database. This new, deep integration also allows the client to determine ticket delivery options such as will call at the box office or digital delivery of tickets directly from the primary ticketing system creating a seamless experience for the venue’s staff and lottery winners when arriving to their event.

Since the industry reopened, Lucky Seat has been proud to offer Lucky Seats to thousands of performances in more than 60 cities across North America with more than 3­ million distinct entries to win a chance to purchase a lottery ticket.
