Proud of “Pride”
Monday evening, I was back to my usual self – that is, running through the theater district, camera in hand, yelling at poor tourists to move out of the way so I could get to my next event! My first assignment on that wild night was a special screening of PRIDE, hosted by staples of both stage and screen: Philip J. Smith, Mike Nichols, Stephen Sondheim and Scott Rudin. One of Broadway’s brightest lights and upcoming star of On the Twentieth Century, Kristen Chenoweth, attended the massive event, and was said to have absolutely loved the film. It’s looking like an Oscar-contender is in our future!
