Sheryl Kaller

Sheryl Kaller’s direction was most recently seen at the Roundabout Theatre Company’s Underground production of Too Much, Too Much, Too Many. On Broadway, she received a Tony Nomination for Best Director for the critically acclaimed production of Next Fall. Sheryl co-founded and was the Artistic Director of Two Island Productions, a New York and Bermuda-based theater company devoted to developing and producing original plays. She has directed and developed a plethora of new plays and musicals with writers including Christopher Durang, Alan Menken, Billy Porter and more. Following the world premiere at the Bucks County Playhouse last summer, Sheryl is currently directing the Broadway premiere of Terrence McNally’s 20th Broadway production Mothers and Sons. Starring Tyne Daly, Bobby Steggert and Frederick Weller, Mothers and Sons begins performances this Sunday. Find out what in the world thrills her most as we get her On The Couch!

I'm perfectly happy with all my vices.

Continuing to challenge myself.

Taxis.

I aspire to have an activity that I waste too much time doing.

Stress and worry.

Never giving up and humor.

Not setting clear enough boundaries.

Being an integral part of my girls' lives.

Immediate Gratification.

Everything is tied for first.

Home.

Friendship.

Dogs. I love my dog, Magee.
