Every day is opening night.

Stewart Lane

As a Broadway producer, Stewart F. Lane knows how to pick 'em! In his varied and fruitful career, Stewart has won six Tony Awards for hit productions such as War Horse, Thoroughly Modern Millie and last year's Best Musical winner A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder. He garnered four Drama Desks, an Outer Critics Circle Award, a Drama League Award and an Olivier Award in 2013 for the West End production of Irving Berlin's Top Hat. It’s no wonder he’s known as “Mr. Broadway!” In addition to producing, Mr. Lane is a prolific writer with two published plays and a new musical, A Moment in Time, with music by John Denver. Most recently, he wrote a new book Black Broadway which has garnered rave reviews.  Stewart is one of Broadway's engines, and we are thrilled to have him On the Couch!
