O&M CO. LAUNCHES THEATRICAL TOURING DIVISION

New York, NY (January 6, 2012) – Joyce Friedmann, former president of Friedmann Theatrical and director of Press, Publications and Advertising, Yale Repertory Theatre/Yale School of Drama, has joined O&M Co., it was announced today by Rick Miramontez, President.  Ms. Friedmann will oversee her own roster of accounts, and launch O&M Co.’s new theatrical touring division.  

“Joyce brings a wealth of publicity and marketing experience, has a great strategic mind and is the perfect addition to our team,” said Mr. Miramontez.  “I am particularly excited about kicking off a touring division under Joyce’s oversight.  This addition will add value to our clients by extending their brand and bridging the gap between New York and markets across the globe.”

Throughout her more than twenty-year career, Joyce Friedmann has developed publicity and marketing campaigns for Broadway shows on the road and off, visual artists, restaurants, spas, nonprofit organizations, and served as the press, publications and advertising director at the Yale Repertory Theatre (YRT)/Yale School of Drama (YSD) and lecturer at YSD.  She also has expertise in corporate and media sponsorship, education and community outreach, special events, and strategic planning.
