WHO:
Revealed for the first time: the complete new Broadway HAIR “tribe,” along with HAIR’s Tony Award-nominated director Diane Paulus and HAIR producer (and Public Theater Artistic Director) Oskar Eustis.
WHAT:
As the current cast gets ready to depart for the London production, Oskar Eustis and Diane Paulus will introduce the new Broadway cast of HAIR as rehearse for their March 9, 2010 debut in the Tony Award-winning musical.

NOTE:
As was previously announced, this new cast of HAIR will debut on Broadway on Tuesday, March 9th, as the upcoming London production will feature original Broadway cast. The London production will begin performances at the Gielgud Theatre on Thursday, April 1, 2010, with Opening Night set for Wednesday, April 14th.
HAIR, which opened on Broadway in 2009 (and has recently appeared on many “Best of the Year” lists), won the 2009 Tony Award for Best Revival of a Musical. The Drama Desk, Drama League, and Outer Critics Circle also honored the production with their 2009 award for Outstanding Revival of a Musical. Directed by Diane Paulus and choreographed by Karole Armitage, HAIR features a book and lyrics by Gerome Ragni and James Rado and music by Galt MacDermot. HAIR continues its triumphant run at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street, NYC).
