Every day is opening night.

Joan Marcus

Photographer Joan Marcus has captured some of the greatest moments on the Broadway stage. In a career spanning the last twenty-five years, Joan has photographed over 300 shows, with iconic images appearing on Times Square billboards, Playbill covers and national newspapers. She has worked in all facets of the theater world, shooting for national tours and serving as the in-house photographer for the Kennedy Center. This year, at the Tony Awards, she will be receiving a Tony Honor for her extensive work in the New York Theater Community. Joan may not be taking any onstage bows in the near future, but she is just as much a fixture on the Great White Way as any Broadway superstar. This week, we are happy to have Joan Marcus On the Couch!
